Shipping Info & Returns
All our orders are shipped using a tracked service.
Standard tracked delivery is 4.99. This will cover all seed orders.
Bulky/heavy items over 2kg will cost 11.99.
All orders over £100 qualify for FREE delivery.
We always discreetly package our orders so that when you sign for the delivery, you can rest assured that no-one else will know what you have ordered.
Please allow 10 days for delivery, although in the vast majority of cases it will be within 3-5 days.
Our Guaranteed Delivery means that if your order gets lost in the post, we will send it again FOR FREE.
If your order has been marked as Delivered and Signed For, but you havn't received your order, then please contact Royal Mail within 5 working days, stating your tracking number; as Royal Mail will be able to give you the GPS information of exactly where your package was delivered.
We have warehouses in both England and Spain. Most UK Deliveries will be sent from the UK, and most EU deliveries will be sent from Spain.
Payments on any banking statements show as GSX Trading LTD.
UK Tracked - Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using their tracked service. Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to you via email and will contain the tracking number with estimated date of delivery.
EU Tracked - Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or our preferred courier using their tracked service. Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to you via email and will contain the tracking number with estimated date of delivery.
We ship to most countries, worldwide.
For European orders we advise between 5 and 20 working days, depending on the speed of your local postal service, although it's often quicker.
Worldwide orders usually take between 7 and 25 working days to arrive, depending on the speed of your local postal service.
Delivery can currently only be guaranteed to EU countries and the US. Guaranteed Delivery excludes, but not limited to: African, Middle Eastern, Asian and South American countries. We can also currently not provide guaranteed delivery to Australasia, as they do not currently provide tracking for your package, so shipping cannot be guaranteed in these countries - please check with your country’s postal provider.
Due to various factors (such as the interaction between various postal services), delivery times can vary widely from country to country.
Please do not contact us to ask where your parcel is until after the delivery duration has passed.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any orders purchased on Grow Selecta within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in a new and unused condition. Please email which products you would like as replacements and include your order number.
If you would like to return items bought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition, with all seals intact. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning any goods purchased on the website, Grow Selecta requires contact by email prior to receiving the goods. This must be done within 7 days of purchase. Any products sent back without prior consent from Grow Selecta will be sent back at the customers cost.
In the unlikely event that an item you purchased from Grow Selecta is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement or refund. All replacement and refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any claims for damaged or faulty items after 14 days. We will refund the cost of sending defected goods back to us.
We cannot accept returned seeds which have been opened: as such, please do not open the branded pack that our seeds come in, if you wish to make a return.
When making a return, please make sure that the pack is in the exact condition it was in when you received it with seals in tact.
